Returns Policy

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

If necessary: gently hand-wash in cold water, reshape while damp, dry flat in shade. Do not wring or tumble-dry.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or exposure to heavy loads which may distort the knit form.
When not in use, lightly stuff with tissue paper and store in a dry, cool place to maintain the tote’s shape.
Keep away from sharp objects or rough surfaces which could snag the knit.
